How We Got Started
The Rowland and Birk families are a tight-knit group who share a love of Jesus, adventure, and a desire to live life to the fullest. Their inspiration for building amazing conversions came from Loren’s son Tommy and his wife Ashlee who have been committed van lifers since 2015.
At their urging Tom Birk and Loren Rowland decided to use their engineering and construction skills to start New Life Conversions to build and repair tiny homes and recreational vehicles. While not everyone is directly involved in the business, the entire family supports New Life Conversions through their ideas, encouragement, and shared love of adventure.
