The Brief

Leave no weak layer untouched.

This Sprinter arrived ready for more than a cosmetic refresh. The interior plan, electrical cabinet, plumbing cabinet, sleeping system, storage, exterior gear, and finish work were all reconsidered as one connected renovation.

The revised layout brings in a double shuttle seat with a flip-up table, a modular bed, driver and passenger swivels, a toilet cubby, upper cabinets, and a sliding garage tray.

Outside, a low-profile roof rack, awning, solar, and a T-vent window extend the van's travel utility while preserving a clean profile.

Reworked End to End

A better layout, not just newer finishes.

The finished space organizes travel seats, sleeping, meals, mobile work, refrigeration, and garage access around one usable center aisle.

Modular sleep + storageA Flatline bed, sliding cargo tray, and exterior fridge access make the rear work harder.
Travel-ready loungeA double shuttle seat, flip-up table, and cab swivels create a practical living zone.
Client-led finishSelected wall fabric, plank-style ceiling, and tailored door panels give the overhaul a distinct identity.

Rebuilt Infrastructure

Electrical and plumbing moved into the new plan.

Rather than work around the previous component locations, the shop rebuilt and relocated both utility systems for access, reliability, and clean integration.

Electrical cabinet: Components, wiring, and devices were relocated and rewired into a dedicated service area.
Plumbing cabinet: Water components were repositioned for cleaner routing and easier access.
Espar diesel heat: An S3D2L heater sits beneath the passenger seat for compact cabin heating.
Solar + shore convenience: Roof generation and additional A/C outlets support daily use on and off grid.
Premium audio: An amplifier, subwoofer, and ceiling speakers were integrated into the rebuilt interior.
