All of our builds come standard with:

  • 5’ Stainless Steel Paw Brothers Tub (yes, it’s really big)

  • 4’ Electric “Low Low” Grooming Table

  • K9 III Variable Speed Dryer

  • 15k BTU Heat Pump Air Conditioner (can cool in summer and heat in winter)

  • 2 Maxxair Ceiling Vent Fans (can operate in the rain without getting water inside)

  • Large Dewalt Shop Vac (located in rear of van for less noise, but the hose reaches all of the grooming area)

  • 15kW Lithium Phosphate Battery pack (it’ll power 7+ grooms while running the A/C all day without plugging in)

  • 6500W Inverter (It’ll run everything in the van at once with power to spare)

  • 50-90 Gallon fresh water tank (van model dependent)

  • 20-30 Gallon gray water tank (van model dependent)

This professional grooming conversion was built on a spacious Mercedes Sprinter 170" wheelbase—one of the longest and roomiest platforms available. Designed with both comfort and function in mind, this layout maximizes working space and storage, making it ideal for high-volume grooming. A thoughtful feature you'll love: a built-in laundry chute for quick towel disposal, keeping the workspace clean and efficient.

Cabinetry and tool storage are fully customizable, with each van tailored to your specific needs and workflow. Whether you need extra drawers, shelving, or equipment stations, storage is added per your direction to make the space work for you. Additionally, all loud equipment—including the dryer and shop vac—is strategically located in the rear of the van, behind an insulated wall.
