The Brief

A finished cargo interior for parcel delivery.

Brian brought his 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter AWD 144″ High Roof to our Phoenix shop for a purpose-built parcel-driver conversion: turn a bare metal cargo shell into a thermally insulated, panelled commercial delivery bay ready for daily routes.

The work focuses on the cargo area: insulation, framing, paneling, flooring and trim, with an open layout visible in the supplied project photos.

Completed in April 2026, this conversion includes a durable, full-height cargo envelope: a subfloor with an insulated floor package, custom wall and ceiling framing and insulation, black ABS wall and ceiling paneling, a full front and rear Sprinter interior trim kit, matched ABS rear door panel covers, and continuous coin-grip vinyl sheet flooring.

Rear cargo door ABS panel covers: Custom-fitted black ABS door covers on both left and right rear doors, routed for the recessed interior latch handle and factory door-hinge wiring looms.
Vinyl sheet flooring & thresholds: Black coin-pattern vinyl sheet flooring over the subfloor and finished with protective metal threshold trim at the sliding and rear door openings.
