Built for Route Drivers

Flooring, insulation and interior lining for delivery vehicles.

Delivery vehicles need a cargo layout suited to their routes and loads. This completed Sprinter provides an example of our flooring, insulation, interior paneling and trim work.

Our package delivery vehicle conversion—demonstrated on Brian’s completed 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter AWD 144″ High Roof parcel-driver build—turns a bare cargo shell into an insulated, lined workspace with flooring, wall and ceiling paneling, trim, and rear-door covers.

Work Scope Breakdown

What goes into a package delivery conversion.

Every item below reflects the verified fabrication and installation scope completed in our Phoenix shop on the 2025 Sprinter AWD 144 High Roof parcel-driver build.

01 · Foundation

Subfloor & insulated floor package

The recorded work includes a subfloor, insulated floor package and finished vinyl sheet flooring.

02 · Wear Surface

Coin-grip vinyl sheet flooring

Black coin-pattern vinyl sheet flooring covers the subfloor and is finished with protective metal threshold trim at both the sliding and rear cargo door steps.

03 · Thermal Envelope

Wall & ceiling framing and insulation

Interior framing strips and insulation fill the wall cavities and high-roof ceiling, alongside the wall and ceiling panel installation.

04 · Cargo Liner

Textured black ABS wall & ceiling panels

Black ABS panels line the walls and ceiling. The project photos also show finished wheel-well enclosures and the cargo lights.

05 · Cab & Opening Transitions

Sprinter front & rear interior trim kit

Molded front and rear interior trim packages close the transitions between the factory cab headliner, B-pillars, high-roof ABS ceiling, and rear cargo door frame.

06 · Door Covers

Rear cargo door ABS panel covers

Matched black ABS panel covers protect both rear cargo doors from top to bottom, precision-routed around the recessed interior door latch and factory hinge wiring looms.

Before you enquire

What to send for a delivery van quote.

A few quick details let our team scope materials and shop scheduling accurately.

  • Vehicle year, make, model, wheelbase, and roof height (such as 2025 Sprinter 144″ High Roof, Ford Transit, or Ram ProMaster).
  • Current cargo bay condition—bare factory sheet metal, factory floor mat, or existing panels that need removal.
  • Whether you want full thermal insulation in the floor, walls, and ceiling in addition to ABS cargo paneling.
  • Front and rear interior trim kit preferences and full-height rear cargo door panel covers.
  • Any future shelving, L-track tie-downs, auxiliary lighting, or climate upgrades you want the framing to accommodate.

Good to know

Common questions.

Why use textured ABS paneling instead of bare plywood in a parcel van?

This build uses textured black ABS wall and ceiling panels. The choice of lining, fixings and layout for a new vehicle is reviewed during quoting.

Does insulating the floor, walls, and ceiling reduce cargo width?

Framing and panels affect the finished clearances. We review cargo width, standing height and loading access for your vehicle when quoting.

Can you upfit a van exclusively for commercial package delivery without camper systems?

Yes. As shown on the 2025 Sprinter AWD 144 High Roof parcel-driver conversion, we build dedicated commercial cargo interiors focused on subfloors, insulation, framing, ABS paneling, trim kits, rear door covers, and coin-grip vinyl flooring.

Can climate control or electrical upgrades be added now or later?

Yes. Our service center also handles 12V and 120V air conditioning, roof ventilation, and auxiliary electrical systems—tell us your route requirements when requesting a quote.
